We assure you that our professional staff is well-trained in safe manual handling, infection control, and first aid, and all hold current police checks and necessary clearances. Our incredible team of qualified male and female carers is ready to assist NDIS participants, individuals living with disabilities, seniors, and anyone eligible for our services. Our friendly and professional staff are qualified in disability support, first aid, and the techniques for safely transferring individuals in wheelchairs.

We have a fleet of vehicles with factory-equipped wheelchair access systems, audio visual for entertainment and multiple zone air conditioning & sunshades for passenger comfort. Our comfortable vans are whisper-quiet and making them an excellent choice for people with sensory concerns.

Enjoy visits to museums, historical venues, the beaches, Tambourine Mountain, Gold Coast Theme Parks, Australian Zoo, Byron Bay, Nusa and anything that takes your interest
We can personalise day trips for you on a weekly or monthly basis allowing you to get out and about to socialise.
We arrange tennis sessions for our participants in wheelchairs!
We help to attend religious services, family and cultural events.

Social Trips & Daily Trips & Holidays

Don’t miss out on a gathering you have been invited to. We will ensure you arrive on time and pick you up when you have finished socialising. We can also take your whole family to the park for a picnic in our fleet of vehicles with wheelchair access. We can take family and friends FREE of charge.

Have you been on a holiday lately? Our staff organise a holiday at your destination of choice as well as arrange suitable accommodation and day trips etc. Our staff come with you and support you on your holiday. We also can transport you to your destination or if you have booked a holiday with friends or family, we can transport you to the airport or cruise terminal.
We arrange long trips within QLD and INTERSTATE trips in our wheelchair-accessible comfortable van.

Support Coordination

Helping participants with limited mobilities & additional needs to achieve their goals & recognise their abilities.

Our team of Support Coordinators assists NDIS Participants to implement the supports in your NDIS plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. Support Coordination may be one of the supports specifically included in your NDIS plan, within the Capacity Building category of supports, to assist choice and control.

How We Can Help:

Support Coordination (Assist Life Stage Transitions)

We will work with you to strengthen your ability to connect with both community and mainstream supports (funded and unfunded). This includes resolving points of crisis and enhancing your capacity to self-manage your support.

Core Supports

Once your application is approved, you may choose AllCare GC as an NDIS service provider, meaning the services we provide for you will be covered by your NDIS funding. Whether you want to move out of home, learn new skills or simply live a more independent life, our team will support you to develop a plan that helps you achieve your goals.
